Buyer Terms of Use

These Terms explain how the BRIXSO service works when you submit a property or land enquiry. By submitting an enquiry through BRIXSO, you agree to these Terms.

1. About BRIXSO

BRIXSO is a property enquiry and introduction service. You provide details of the property or land you are looking for, and BRIXSO may identify relevant property or land agents and introduce your enquiry to them. BRIXSO does not sell property or land and does not act as your estate agent, property adviser or financial adviser.

2. Your information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and up to date. You should tell BRIXSO if your requirements change or if information you have provided is no longer accurate. Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share and retain your personal information.

3. Introductions to agents

BRIXSO may share your enquiry and relevant contact information with property or land agents who we consider relevant to your requirements. An agent may contact you directly following an introduction. BRIXSO does not guarantee that an agent will have a suitable property or land opportunity or that an agent will contact you.

4. Agent relationships

Any relationship you enter into with an agent following an introduction is between you and that agent. BRIXSO is not responsible for:

• The properties or land offered by an agent
• The accuracy of information provided by an agent
• The conduct or professional advice of an agent
• The price, condition or legal status of any property or land
• Any transaction you enter into

You should carry out your own checks and obtain appropriate professional advice before committing to a property or land transaction.

5. No guarantee of results

BRIXSO aims to connect buyers with relevant agents but cannot guarantee that you will find a suitable property or land through the service. Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation for an agent to provide you with a property or land opportunity.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to use BRIXSO honestly and provide genuine property or land requirements. You should not submit enquiries containing misleading, unlawful or inappropriate information.

7. Cost to buyers

The BRIXSO buyer enquiry service is currently free to buyers. If BRIXSO introduces any charge for buyers in the future, this will be clearly communicated before you are asked to pay.

8. Contact from agents

By submitting an enquiry, you understand that relevant property or land agents may contact you using the contact details you provide. You can ask an agent to stop contacting you. You can also contact BRIXSO if you have concerns about an introduction or the use of your information.

9. Ending your enquiry

You can ask BRIXSO to stop processing your enquiry or delete your information, subject to any legal obligations that require information to be retained. BRIXSO's standard retention period for buyer enquiries is 60 days. Please see our Privacy Notice for further information.

10. Changes to these Terms

BRIXSO may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available through BRIXSO.
