- How is my brief sent to agents?
- Once you submit your buyer brief, we review it and send it to participating agents covering the postcodes, towns or counties you chose. You'll receive an email listing the agents who received it.
- Who are the agents?
- Independent estate and land agents who know their local area and specialise in the kinds of land and property our buyers look for — from smallholdings to woodland and building plots.
- What happens to my data?
- Your details are only shared with the agents your brief is sent to. We never sell your data, and buyer briefs are deleted 60 days after submission. Please see our Privacy Notice.
- Does it cost anything for buyers?
- No. Submitting a buyer brief is completely free.
- Can I submit more than once?
- Each email address can submit one brief every 60 days.
- I'm an agent — how do I join?
- Apply through the For agents page. We'll review your application and be in touch within a few working days.
